No AI required — we read the recipe data sites already publish (JSON-LD), then do honest kitchen math. Your scaled list is for cooking tonight, not a recipe blog.
Many sites publish structured recipe data we can read without AI (works great on e.g. BBC Good Food, Budget Bytes). Some big publishers (including many Allrecipes pages) block bots — if import fails, use Jump to recipe → copy → Paste. Scaling still works.
Tip: on many sites, use “Jump to recipe” or Print, then copy the clean text.
